Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

We will only issue a refund or replacement if your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item. In that case, contact us at climbclimbup@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will make it right.
